How to uninstall a program from windows 11
There are several methods for uninstall a program from windows 11 , either by using “standard” tools included in the operating system, or by using third-party tools (necessary when perhaps the default uninstallers fail to do their job well). Here, then, are the best solutions to consider.
The quickest way to uninstall a program is definitely to use the start menu of Windows 11.
To do this, click on thewindows icon that you find in the application bar (the flag at the bottom) and then press on the item All apps attached to the menu startat the top right of the screen.
Locate the application to remove from the list (alternatively you can also search for it by typing its name in the field Type here the text to search for placed at the top), do right click on its icon and select the item Uninstall from the context menu that is offered to you.
Then press the button Uninstall attached to the popup window displayed on the screen in order to remove the software and related information from the PC.
If it was a more complex program, you will be directed to the section Uninstall or change program of the Control Panel. Then click on program name you want to remove, then press the button Uninstall which is at the top. Once this is done, the wizard for uninstalling the selected software should start (usually it is a question of always clicking on Forward/Next).
An alternative, but equally effective, method to uninstall a program on Windows 11 is to use the section App of the Settings of system.
To be able to use this function, click on thewindows icon that you find in the application bar (the flag at the bottom) and then press ongear icon. In the Windows Settings click on the entry App post in the side menu and then on Apps and features/Installed apps. On the following screen you will find a list of all programs installed on your PC.
Identify, therefore, theapplication to remove (You can also type his name in the field Search apps located at the top), click the button with the icon of three dots placed next to it and select the item Uninstall from the menu that opens. Finally, confirm the operation by clicking on the button again Uninstall.
You can reach the section Uninstall or change programmentioned in the previous paragraph, directly from Control Panel.
First, click on the search field attached to the start menu (or next to it) and type in it “control Panel”then select the Control Panel from the menu that opened.
In the window that pops up on the desktop, make sure the mode is selected Category in the menu View at the top right, then click on Uninstall a program placed under the heading Programs.
Locate the program to remove from the list and click the program name you want to remove, then press the button Uninstall which is at the top. Once this is done, the wizard for uninstalling the selected software should start.
